Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are:
LARS MOLDESTAD, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Mr. Moldestad has held the position as CEO in Petrolia Drilling, Petrojack and Petromena, and Mr. Moldestad has previously worked for Finansbanken and Odfjell Drilling & Consulting Co. AS. Mr. Moldestad has his education from BI Norwegian School of Management.
Jon Skabo, Director
Mr. Skabo is currently partner in Skabo Offshore Ltd. Previously Mr. Skabo was partner of S & T Energy N.V., partner of Jan Sundt AS, and shipbroker in Jan Sundt AS. Mr. Skabo’s work experience includes involvement in the stock exchange listing of Safe Offshore ASA, Sævik Supply ASA, Havila Supply ASA and Deep Sea Supply ASA, work with new building of 15 FPSO’s and Drilling Rigs, and sale of multiple second hand units.
BJARNE STØTVIG JR, DIRECTOR
Mr. Bjarne Støtvig jr has worked as a consultant/director and managing director for various companies both listed and unlisted. He has long experience in sales & marketing and oversees sales. Mr. Støtvig holds a M.B.A. from Henley/Brunel University, London.

MONICA MJØS LASSEN, DIRECTOR
Mrs. Mjøs Lassen was elected as a board member in May 2011, and is new to the Company. She is educated from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and brings extensive international and financial experience to the Company.
DENNIS MIKKELSEN, DIRECTOR
Mr. Mikkelsen has more than 7 years of management know-how, in particular within IT and marketing management for which he has earned international business experience working with prestigious firms worldwide. Mr. Mikkelsen is part of the management of Flamingo Intervest Ltd.
THOMAS MADSEN, DIRECTOR
Mr. Madsen holds a bachelor of Business Economics and a Master degree in Economics and Business from Aalborg University. He has many years of online marketing experience, and has held numerous key positions in fast-growing online focused corporations. Mr. Madsen is part of the management of Flamingo Intervest Ltd.

TORE FORMO, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Tore Formo was previously Nio Security, Inc. Chief Financial Officer and has been with the Company since 2004. Mr. Formo has financial background from both the equity and debt markets as well as smaller technology companies in Norway. Mr. Formo has his education from Norway and Germany.
Monica Andersen, Chief Technology Officer
Ms. Andersen has undertaken pure research at the University of Oslo in astrophysical simulation and statistical analysis; directed R&D activities at Norsk Titanium Technology AS; and managed mission-critical R&D projects at Fast Search & Transfer ASA as well as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Ms. Andersen holds an MSc in electronics and computer science from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim, and a Cand. scient. degree in astrophysics from the Univerity of Oslo.

Dudley Williamson, Vice President Americas
Dudley Williamson has an extensive management background in security surveillance and burglar/fire alarm systems. His over thirty years of work experience includes project management in a Fortune 500 Company, training and developing service technicians, supervising central station associates, establishing training programs for sales/technician teams and working with other management in the design and application for large customer installation.
