Genie CCTV - OEM Agreement



Nio Security, Inc. has entered into an OEM greement with Genie CCTV Ltd., giving Genie the right to sell io's CloseView and SteadyEye products with Genie's wn branding. The first orders are expected to be hipped to Genie during the first quarter of 2009.

The OEM agreement will cover the EMEA market on non exclusive basis and will have a minimum purchase for the first 12 months of more than 800 channels of CloseView and SteadyEye, both in desktop and rack-mount versions. In addition, Genie will actively market CloseView and SteadyEye towards larger UK distributors. Genie will allocate sufficient sales resources to market Nio's products within the UK and EMEA markets.

Genie CCTV Limited is a privately funded company specializing in the supply of high quality security equipment, and has been a certified dealer for Nio since December 2006. Founded in 2001, the company has seen six years of continuous growth and is stablished as one of the favored brands in the CCTV marketplace. Genie's products are available through the established security distribution network in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
