Name change to Nio Inc.
Nio Security, Inc. today announced that the Company has resolved to change its name to Nio Inc.The name change reflects the recent expansion of Nio’s business. The Company’s operations now include the Ziinga.com Internet auction site and related activities an addition to Nio’s traditional business, sophisticated video surveillance equipment.
The name change was resolved by Nio’s Board of Directors following acceptance from a majority of the shareholders, as required by Delaware, US, corporate legislation.
