Warranty information

Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Nio Security, Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.


Warranty does not cover

damage caused by willful or accidental mishandling, abnormal working conditions, incorrect installation, removal of Nio Security warranty labels, environmental conditions.
This includes electrical surges, over voltage and lightning strikes.

Warranty will be voided if any of these conditions occur.

Surge protection

It is important to install appropriate protection against surges to avoid human injuries and/or damage to the equipment. For advices and a list of compatible devices, check our website for updated information, or contact the dealer where you purchased the equipment.
